Judging: Judging is done by a panel of judges. There will be five awards in each category. Judging will take place between noon and 2:00 pm on Friday, Nov. 18th. Please have your display ready for judging.
 
The Awards Categories are as follows:
1. Most Visual Appeal
2. Most Creative
3. Most Appealing to Children
4. Most Depictive of the Seacoast
5. Best Use of Materials

SET UP DATES AND TIME FOR OUTDOORS & LEARNING CENTER:
Wednesday NOV. 16th 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
Thursday NOV. 17th 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
 
TAKE DOWN DATES:
Monday NOV. 21st 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

 
PLEASE DO NOT arrive earlier than these times without consulting with us. Members are putting in many hours at the Festival and may not be there unless you have made prior arrangements.
 
Locations:
SPECIFIC TO THE OUTDOOR TREE PATH & LAWN EXHIBITS:
We can provide you with a list of participating tree farms where you can purchase a live tree. If your display requires electrical hook up for water pumps or any other HIGH AMP, PLEASE let us know beforehand. If there are any other unusual requirements, PLEASE let us know. We will supply electrical outlets for your lights. Please bring your own extension cords and spotlight.
 
SPECIFIC TO THE LEARNING CENTER: Trees may be 5-8 feet tall; live or artificial. We can provide you with a list of participating tree farms where you can purchase a live tree. You will be assigned a spot on the floor for your display. Please bring your own extension cords for your lights.
 
SPECIFIC TO MINIATURE TREES: We We ask that you keep your trees UNDER 4 feet tall and 24 inches wide so that we may display as many trees as possible. Due to few outlets and load capacity we ask that you use ONLY LED lights if you wish to light your tree. Battery lights are encouraged. No other lights will be allowed. Please bring your own extension cords for your lights and put your name on them.
 
SPECIFIC TO OUTDOOR WREATHS: Wreaths will be displayed outdoors under a tent so please be aware that they may be affected by the weather. We will not be responsible for damage or theft but will take every precaution to keep them safe from harm. There will be NO electrical outlets. Your contact person will provide you with specific details on request.

Proceeds from our Festival support seacoast environmental projects and fund scholarships for area students pursuing college degrees in the areas of forestry, environmental studies and sustainability. Our festival has been developed to entertain seacoast residents, especially children. We do not run a commercial festival. We do not raffle trees. We do not sell items. Exhibitors do not pay to participate.
